North American Network

national network, earth institute network, partner organizations, network

In response to overwhelming desire for the courses outside of the Northwest, the North American Earth Institute Network was created to share the discussion courses with groups throughout North America and beyond. If you would like to be part of this network of citizens, organizations and Sister Earth Institutes participating in NWEI programs, the Outreach Team is available to answer questions.

The North American Network has over 600 volunteers organizing courses, presenting information on NWEI programs and mentoring others through the discussion course process.  To date, cumulative enrollment has reached over 100,000 participants and courses have been offered in all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, Sweden and New Zealand.

Getting involved in the North American Earth Institute Network:

Become a Local Organizer. Start a discussion course in your community. Gather others to participate in a course at your work place at noon, your faith or community center, or with friends at home. Be part of generating inspiring and thought-provoking dialogue about issues that matter to you and others. Email contact@nwei.org or call (503) 227 2807 to get started.

Become an NWEI Partner, Affiliate, or Sister Earth Institute.  Your organization may choose to offer multiple courses in the discussion course series and to offer the courses broadly to the public.  Outreach Manuals are available to assist groups in their community outreach efforts.  Email Jenna for more information on how NWEI courses can strengthen or enhance your community programming and organizational goals.
