Thank you for visiting the Northwest Earth Institute website and reviewing our privacy policy. During your visit to the website, we collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information.
The following describes the policies and practices of the Northwest Earth Institute with regard to the collection and use of personal information from users of www.nwei.org.
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and will not trade, sell or exchange your personal information with anyone.
In order to track of the number of visitors and what information on the site is most valued, we do collect information about when and how many visitors come to the site and what pages are most popular. We do not track this information by individual visitor.
We do gather individual information when you explicitly provide your name, address, email, etc when filling out forms on this site. We collect this information to add you to our North American Network email list (should you choose to join) or process a donation you are making. We collect only the basic information needed to fulfill your donation or to add you to our quarterly email list.
As mentioned above, we do not share email addresses with others outside of the NWEI community. If you are a local organizer with NWEI we may ask you if you would like to be a resource for others in your community who wish to get involved with NWEI. If you ask to be connected with other NWEI volunteers or course participants in your region, we will do our best to link you up with one another if we have your permission to connect you to another NWEI participant or organizer. If you are a regional contact and have agreed to this role, your contact information is shared via this website on the North American Network pages.
