Tobey Fitch
Director Tobey is president of Fitch Associates, a small consultancy in Strategy, Messaging, and Organizational Effectiveness founded in 1995. Prior to that he was V.P. of Organizational and Leadership Development at Apple Computer, Director of training for Sun Microsystems, and Director of Marketing and Sales training for Sprint. He was a co-founder of Progressive Securities, an early leader in socially responsible investing. His work with nonprofits has included strategy, messaging, and coaching work with the Human Rights Campaign, Stand for Children, Coalition for a Livable Future and OLCV. He's a Harvard Business School executive coach, currently working with the leadership team at Portland Public Schools on leadership and strategy. He's married to Teri Fitch, a fellow leadership training professional and part time cowbell player, and is the father of Sam, 18, and Aggie, 14.
